Working with and honouring the 5 elements (Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Ether) has been an important part of my life, especially since I began living more in alignment with the seasons and cycles of nature.

The elements make up our natural world, they are associated with different seasons, animals and foods and all the parts of us that makes us human (the mind, our emotions, our body, our spirit). They are acknowledged in ancient medicines, practices, philosophies and traditions across the globe such as Ayurveda, Hinduism, Buddhism, Ancient Greek, Native American, Celtic, Wiccan name a few. They're also linked to the different signs of the Zodiac (Air signs, Fire signs, Water signs and Earth signs).

It is acknowledged from all different parts of the world that without these basic elements life would simply not be possible.

Therefore, the elements have played a huge part in ceremony and ritual since the very beginning, when our ancestors first started worshiping/celebrating this miraculous thing called LIFE.

They are incorporated into the wheel of the year and medicine wheels within different cultures and are associated with the different directions (east, south, west, north and centre).

I love to welcome in different Element Rituals during the Full moon and New moon circles that I host each month.
