Sacred Womb Temple gathering

A space for women to feel held and nurtured. This is an opportunity to come home to yourself and deepen the connection to the womb space and the Earth as Mother.

I would love to welcome you into this space, to slow down, feel held and nourished. You're welcome just as you are, there are no expectations to be or do anything. 

A circle is a space for people to gather, without judgement or comparison. This is a held container where we practice the art of listening and sharing from our hearts, honouring our own needs and the needs of others.

You'll be invited to join me in a nourishing womb practices to tune in to the wisdom within and from that place set our  intentions for ourselves, our lives as an act of self care (practices may include meditation, journeying, creating, writing and ritual)

You are welcome to join in with whatever you resonate with. You do not have to have a physical womb or still have a menstrual cycle to join this event - connecting to the womb as an energetic space from which we all came means that ALL people can join in with these practices.

Please bring the following with you to the call:

~Your journal and pen

~Create a comfortable space

~Some water/tea 

~Set yourself an altar with items that are sacred to you, include an offering for your Ancestors if that feels aligned

~Bring art supplies - paints, pens, pencils and some paper 

Please prepare before the call by taking some time to set a sacred space for yourself, light candles, create your altar, play relaxing music to unwind and land before we gather together. Remember, this is an opportunity for self care, nourishment and a beautiful online gathering with others.
