New Moon Circle for Women ONLINE

The moon becomes new again on 15th Nov at 5.07am in Scorpio! The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, it is a time to set new intentions for things you'd like to create, develop, cultivate, make manifest in the coming cycle!

I would love to welcome you into this space, when the moon is still waning, to slow down, to feel held and nourished, to come back into balance. 

You're welcome just as you are, no masks to wear, no expectations to be or do anything. Simply being in the space might be enough for you. I encourage you to feel into what it is you need and follow that intuition.

A circle is a space for women to gather, without judgement or comparison. This is a held container where we practice the art of listening and sharing from our hearts, honouring our own needs and the needs of others.

You'll be invited to join me in a nourishing womb meditation and journalling practice to tune in to the wisdom within and from that place set our New Moon intentions for the next Lunar Cycle. 

You are welcome to join in with whatever you resonate with. You do not have to have a physical womb or still have a menstrual cycle to join this event. 

Please bring the following with you to the call:

~Your journal and pen

~A yoga mat or something to lay on

~A warm blanket and pillow 

~A flask of tea or some water

~A poem or song to share if you feel inspired to

~Wear something red if you can and bring something to place on the centre altar if you feel to

Remember, this is an opportunity for self care, nourishment and a beautiful gathering with other sisters. This is a space for you.
