New Moon Circle for Women - ONLINE

The New Moon is when the sun and moon are together in the sky - creating darkness.  It is a symbolic point of attention and a symbolic portal for new beginnings. This is a time to set new intentions for things you'd like to create, develop, cultivate, make manifest in the coming cycle!

I would love to welcome you into this space, to slow down, feel held and nourished. You're welcome just as you are, no masks to wear, no expectations to be or do anything. Simply being in the space might be enough for you. I encourage you to feel into what it is you need and follow that intuition.

A circle is a space for women to gather, without judgement or comparison. This is a held container where we practice the art of listening and sharing from our hearts, honouring our own needs and the needs of others.

We will open the space to share on a certain topic (this month we dive into the topic of WOMB WISDOM and SACRED SEXUALITY, there may be certain feminine practices such as womb meditations, intuitive movement/dance, singing etc. You are welcome to join in with whatever you resonate with. 

Please bring the following with you to the call:

~A notepad and pen

~A small blanket

~A bottle of water/tea flask

~A light snack to share after circle 

~Bring your own chant/song/poem to share with the group if you wish

~Wear or bring something red
