New Moon Circle for Women ONLINE 2021

"This is the first New Moon of the calendar year! It brings some wildcard and perhaps volatile energy. There is a lot of planetary energy brewing, but it is a good opportunity to also think about what is important and what we wish to focus on in the new year." - forever conscious

I will guide us all through a grounding womb meditation and embodiment practices to tune in to the innate wisdom that we carry deep within us. We will then follow onto a writing ritual to call in that which we desire from this embodied space of awareness. There will be opportunity to share in a circle of sisters and receive the magick that each sister brings! 

You're welcome just as you are, no masks to wear, no expectations to be or do anything. Simply being in the space might be enough for you. I encourage you to feel into what it is you need and follow that intuition.

A circle is a space for women to gather, without judgement or comparison. This is a held container where we practice the art of listening and sharing from our hearts, honouring our own needs and the needs of others.

Please bring the following with you to the call:

• Your journal and pen
• Some tea and/or some water
• Create an altar if you feel to (candles, incense, crystals, sacred objects, things from nature..)
• A gift for the circle space - this can be in the form of a poem, a song, a dance, a piece of art, a prayer...anything that inspires you.
• Wear something comfortable and set yourself a nourishing space
