New Moon Circle for Women

A circle is a space of non judgement, there are no conversations to be had or advice to be given. Through these ancient traditions of the Women's Circle you are invited to step away from the old energies of judgement, jealousy and comparison and step into a space where you can be held and heard.

FREE THE VOICE! 

Let's gather in circle together as Sisters and practice activating our throat chakra - In my experience, when i began opening up my throat and allowing my voice to come through more, I started giving myself permission to feel more confident and more in tune with the vibration of my divine feminine essence as a woman. 

During this New Moon Circle, we will create a safe, held space and through this strong container - we invite in the energy of support and unconditional love within Sisterhood. After being guided through some practices relating to our throat chakra and our voice, we will invite some beautiful songs/chants into the space - to connect with ourselves as women and to tap inot the Ancient wisdom that we have carried forward from our Ancestors. 

Please bring the following with you:

~A notepad and pen

~A small blanket

~A bottle of water/tea flask

~A light snack to share after circle 

~Bring your own chant/song to share with the group if you wish.

~Something for the altar if you feel called
