About the Event

In my experience, drawing Mandalas can be EXTREMELY beneficial and, when used as a regular practice, it can help you unwind, relax, enhance mindfulness, activate creativity, reduce stress and anxiety....and more.

‘A Mandala is a form of Sacred Geometry, often a circle, that represents your inner and outer world'.

The Mandala appears to us in all aspects of life. There are fractals and circles everywhere! Within the cycles and seasons, the plants in nature, the rotation of the planets, the circles within community and even the cells within our bodies!

This workshop will be set in a held space where you are welcome just as you are. My intention is to support and guide you through your very own Mandala journey. You will leave with more insights and your very own Mandala Creation!!

This is a great opportunity to come and practice mindfulness, presence awareness, experience relaxation and peace through creativity, mindfulness and meditation.

Suitable for adults of all ages and mature teens. No artistic experience is necessary. This is a great opportunity to gather as community, to relax and create from the heart ❤.

Here's a testimonial from a workshop attendee:

"Amanda has such a beautiful energy and was so warm and open with us during the Mandala Workshop. I felt like I had known her for years even though I had just met her! We were safely held in a creative, magical bubble for a few hours, enabling us to connect with ourselves and each other, to create some incredible Mandalas and let our minds and spirits roam free for a while.I would highly recommend Amanda's Workshops to give yourself some space from the daily grind and the opportunity to feed your soul."
