Guided Sound Journey Online

We will open up a space for sharing and then after a guided meditation we will relax into the sounds of the Rav Vast drum, a steel drum, with the G pygmy scale which balances sounds of the Solar & Lunar energies ~ the music will be performed live. 

Other instruments may also be used to compliment the experience.

We will then tune into the healing frequencies that we each carry within us and through the power of intention send seeds of hope deep into the Earth - for the future of the planet and of humanity.

This is a beautiful way for your body, and the organic world which surrounds it to resonate in a natural way. Filling you with a sense of peace and well-being.
