Guided Sound Journey at The Yurt (November)

We are excited to welcome you to the beautiful Haddon Acre Yurt for a Guided Sound Journey!

How the event will flow:

- We will open up a space for sharing and then after a guided meditation we will relax into the sounds of the Rav Vast drums, a steel drum, one with the G pygmy scale which balances sounds of the Solar & Lunar energies, and the other D Major scale which brings balance to the Sacral Chakra - your connection to creativity and creation itself. The music will be performed live.

- Other instruments may also be used to compliment the experience such as, the frame drum, koshi chimes, tuning forks and small singing bowls.

We will fill up on beautiful energy and then tune into the healing frequencies that we each carry within us.

This is a beautiful way for your body, and the organic world which surrounds it to resonate in a natural way. Filling you with a sense of peace and well-being.

What to bring: - An intention for your journey - Feel free to bring something to place on the altar for the session - A blanket and other layers if you wish to get snuggly
