About the Event
During this live webinar you will be introduced to the concept of the Mandala and you will learn the practice of creating one.
In my experience, drawing Mandalas can be EXTREMELY beneficial and, when used as a regular practice, can help you unwind, relax, enhance mindfulness, activate creativity, reduce stress and anxiety....and more.
‘A Mandala is a form of Sacred Geometry, often a circle, that represents your inner and outer world'.
The Mandala appears to us in all aspects of life. There are fractals and circles everywhere! Within the cycles and seasons, the plants in nature, the rotation of the planets, the circles within community and even the cells within our bodies!
This is a great opportunity to come and practice mindfulness, presence awareness, experience relaxation and peace through creativity and meditation.
Suitable for all ages (children may need support from an adult for some of the process). No artistic experience is necessary. This is a great opportunity to relax and create from the heart ❤.

YOU WILL NEED:
~ A journal/notepad
~ A pencil, a ruler, a set of compasses, a protractor (if you can't get some of these tools you can improvise!)
~ Something you'd like to paint/draw on (paper, canvas etc)
~ Your medium of choice (pencils, paints, pens)
~ An intention for your practice
