About the Event
We are excited to be coming together to combine the heart opening medicine of Cacao with the grounding and nourishing Guided Sound Journey's that we love to offer!
Cacao has been such an important part of both our lives. When we were living in Bali we sat in Cacao Ceremonies pretty much weekly for three whole months! This medicine has a very special place in our hearts and we want to share more of that with you.
Combined with the intention to channel love through the sounds of the rav vast and frame drum, we will invite you to simply relax into your own heart centred journey and sink into the healing vibrations that will surround you.
How it will flow:
After receiving and sharing the Cacao (which will be provided), we will relax into the sounds of the Rav Vast drum, a steel drum, with the G pygmy scale which balances sounds of the Solar & Lunar energies. We will connect with our hearts further through heart centred meditations, practices and song.
This event is open to all people, regardless of gender.
A bit about Cacao:
Cacao teaches us to open our hearts, connecting us to the energy of love and allowing us to enter into a beautiful blissful state. It has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America.
It's active ingredient; Theobromine, is translated as 'Food of the Gods', and the people of ancient Meso-America attributed a sacred status to Cacao, and would drink it ceremonially to commune with their Gods. The Cacao beans contained in raw chocolate have a wide array of unique properties.
Read more about these properties here: https://www.forevercacao.co.uk/pages/the-benefits
(As with all plants and medicine, there are some contraindications. When booking you will be asked some questions to establish the appropriate dosage that could work for you as an individual.)
